Perfect location, close to shopping, bars, restaurants -- all within 5 minutes' drive. The house is filled with books, toys, games, and entertainment. Central air conditioning as well as an evaporative cooler (swamp cooler), fenced back yard, fire pit and seating. Two bedrooms, new bathroom, smart TV, fast internet, lovely outdoor patio, views of the park from the living room. Local host to help with any questions or advice about the area.
