A few blocks away from downtown Joshua Tree, up a little for a better view, on a quiet residential street, you'll find an updated 1960s house with many period touches. The house sleeps up to four people in two bedrooms, with beautiful light, a convivial living room with a big smart TV, a full kitchen with an adjoining dining area, one full bathroom, and a big fenced backyard with a patio. You'll find quality linens, comfortable beds, a fully stocked and equipped kitchen, a big-screen smart TV, charging options -- everything you need and some things that are just nice to have. Downtown is a nice walk or a very quick drive; the entrance to Joshua Tree National Park is just a few minutes up the road. The location is a great balance between convenience and tranquility. Check-in is very easy, come when you want, it's self check-in but we're in the neighborhood and ready to help if you need anything.

The driveway fits two cars and there is plenty of street parking. Self check-in with a coded smart lock so come whenever is convenient. Two Ring cameras point away from the house and cover the front door and driveway for security.

Cancellation Policy: Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
